Licence Payment notifications
21st June 2024
21st June 2024
Further to the update issued on the 14th June, we have been guaranteed by the Paying Agent that the initial tranche of notifications will commence this afternoon US time and will continue in to next week.
We apologise for the delay that occurred due to ensuring that the portal link was fully functional before release.
Please note that notifications shall only be delivered during normal US business hours.
The Company remains under strict non-disclosure agreements. All further updates will be published on www.cloudtag.com.
A cast iron guarantee hey?
Portal link wasnāt working? Hmmm is that because it had been in development all this time?
Haha he's really trying hard bless him. Can't help but over-promise and under-deliver - let's hope this cast iron 'guarantee' comes in this time. good news for holders imo.
ā¦.. i mean, itās not like they havenāt had a little bit of time already to sort out their āportal linkā, is it? LOL
? who the heck would be insane enough to buy supposed software & tech from amit, who canāt even publish coherent updates on a clunky go-daddy level website, and canāt even sort out a link to a payment portal after more than a year and a half??
ā¦ so much for āfinal updateā, and āfinal informationā ā turns out they werenāt very final at all, surprise surprise.
At least now there's no wriggle room left for Amit with that guarantee in place and the portal link working, so finally at last there is a definite final date (EOB a week today) for pi's with any share certificate (company or ComputerShare issued).
If however no notifications are received by a week tomorrow then hopefully even his diehard deciples will finally see sense and admit the obvious, popcorn is at the ready.
Amit's attempting to buy himself an extra weekend. " this (Friday) afternoon US time".
So that'd be Monday morning (US time) for paper cert holders to be contacted, according to this latest in an interminable and ever-missed series of assurances and deadlines.
Of course, he doesn't mention contacting brokers (which could have been done months ago). They've been kicked into the long grass, while he's been hiding behind 'share book anomalies' with regard to paper certificate holders.
More tumbleweeds on Monday, then.
It will be more tumbleweeds all next week.
Buying extra time seems most plausible.
There is an appearance of compliance with regulatory process but as per correspondence with SFO this is then likely to be done with the same consistent recklessness to the truth as per his notices to the shareholders and that the resultant total lack of respect shown towards Piās will then very likely be reflected in any due compliance process.
As per this weekās written request to Amit, asking for the agent details & which was also forwarded to SFO & FOS, one can then quickly read, that Amit again needs more time to sort out the requested āagent detailsā.
I will be as pleased as the next shareholder if this then materialises, prior to the end of next week.
Lol, but Not convinced though that I can then wait till end of next week : this now being Friday pm and there being as yet again no reply from Amit to my request, I now get to sit down over the weekend and ask the Ombudsman (Amit & SFO are of course both ccād) if the FOS jurisdiction then stretches as far as the USA as it now seems very likely that the āagentsā previously referred to, have now ditched their UK office, likely now just leaving āagentā (singular, & now operating solely on US time-clocks).
The lack of jurisdiction then being confirmed will open the way for me to start asking outwith the borders of our UK āregulatoryā services, hence without ārocking the boatā (SFOās or FOSās) whilst querying the behaviour of UK market participants (ex or otherwise) over several jurisdictions, starting perhaps with the good office of Ms. Tina P., Chief Legal for the claimant up against Shlomo.
Timing as ever, is half the battle ; polite compliance suggests waiting till next Friday, to await Amit giving any agent details. But heck, as Amit does not do either polite, regulatory or moral compliance, I feel it would be sufficiently polite to wait till say Monday pm.
So, currently awaiting those āagentā notifications being sent out tonight and failing which, thankfully there are then still further avenues to look at (Iāll get some quality vegetative time in the garden on Sunday).
Great to see that Chandra is once again quite optimistic.
Yet the only substantial then being seen, is his quoted āguaranteedā,
Likely as a result of Amitās spoken words.
Fingers then crossed that Chandra gets this one right for once.
HiS, he does mention brokers, keep up! After these shareholders have received their notifications, all brokers will be contacted
The whole thang is risible nonsense, with zero underlying value imv.
but if one takes his updatee even 1% seriously (just for the sake of a larger laugh) worth noting that amit is *not* offering any āguaranteeā from himself or cloudtag *to shareholders*
ā¦. rather, he claims that āwe [sic, ?royal we,= cloudtag/amit?] have been guaranteed by the Paying Agentā¦ā.
ā i.e. distancing himself from any failure to notify / payout, by claiming that delays etc are down to some āagentā ā but so far with no evidence whatsoever that the agent is anyone other that amit wearing a false moustache.
