It would appear both on here and Twitter that even Amit's useful idiots and the two brain cell believers are finally accepting reality.
This has been a real good example of how naive and stupid some people can be. A real encouragement to scammers and fraudsters out there!
I struggle Tom understand why I was “scammed” in 2018 but no attempts have been made to scam
Me since, nor has any one person come forward to admit they bought since
Doesn’t add up really for those claiming it’s a scam
Hi Granny
Amit has been selling shares every year right until last month. No secret about it. I bought it last year and I know some who were offered shares last month.
Simply do not believe that, any proof?
Text Amit. If he says he didn’t sell shares this year then please share the screenshot and I will give you all the necessary proof with names of those shareholders and the amount paid.
Why would Amit sell shares worth a supposed guaranteed 22p-23p to you or any other stranger, for significantly less than that amount - does that not seem a bit suspicious ? Why wouldn't he buy them himself or sell to family/friends ?
Anyone who bought shares, after the $275m deals were announced (at a price significantly below 23p), has not thought this through.
If there's any proof of Amit selling shares AFTER he announced the deals, implies to me that there was no deal. It just doesn't make sense why he would give away guaranteed millions to strangers.
If someone offered you a winning lottery ticket that was worth £23,000 for £1,000 would you not ask why they didn't cash it in themselves ?
Typical Amit has been desperately pleading with shareholders to buy shares again. After his antics last year, including calling random shareholders to buy, it’s astonishing that he still has the nerve to ask for money. There are no deals. If you read his last two updates, notifications were supposed to happen last week, then last Friday, and now early this week. Has anyone received any emails from the agent? I think it’s over.
He has been using money for his own good is beyond doubts now.
He had audacity to get the new business “marked by luxury” in public domain while we still waiting for our money. He is shameless to say the least.
*Average factoring rates vary somewhere between 1 and 6 percent. The main factoring fee is called the transaction fee or discount rate. This is the amount of money that the factoring company withholds from the invoice total as their payment for advancing cash and waiting to get paid for you.*
The above is a quote relating to the business practice of ‘factoring’ where a company sells its ‘accounts receivable’ to a ‘factor’ at a discounted rate giving it stable cash flow whilst the factor makes a profit from the difference between the funds received when the invoices are eventually paid and the discounted value paid to the client company.
Theoretically, there would be nothing to stop a private company ‘with cash flow problems’ offering shares on the strength of an impending deal at similar rates - with public companies that is basically what the stock market exists for.
Perhaps a mistake to assume shares have been sold for just pennies in the last few months (assuming they have been sold of course)
Funny last few posts - the conspiracy theorists are out in force atm
nice to watch them sweat. especially the guy who keeps inventing new profiles for himself ! :D
I’m no conspiracy theorist. I offered to show the proof if Amit denies selling shares until last month.
‘.. Theoretically, there would be nothing to stop a private company ‘with cash flow problems’ offering shares..’
Amit sitting with $50M in his account since 2nd November 2023 and having then asked the buyer for DaaP to delay payment of the $225M during the same month, then ‘cash flow problems’ seems somewhat unlikely *
There is no proof (nor do I suspect there will ever be) that any shares were sold after the deals for SaaP & DaaP were announced, irrespective of what ‘Amitdoes..’ currently believes.
*unless the supposition that Shlomo has now somehow gotten hold of the funding then rings true.
Helx you're back!
Maybe it's you who is sweating given notifications should have started on Friday and not one single person has confirmed to have received one....much like I and many others predicted!
‘Funny last few posts’ That is very apt in relation to the Cloudtag website Helx.
Take the late April update, pretty self explanatory and requiring no further communication - all that was needed was an action (contacting holders of paper issued by the Company). Rather odd that over six weeks pass then another update about the thing that was supposed to happen, happening in four days. Why? Just do it and then update that it has been done!
Absolutely no surprise to then get an update on the final day the action was supposed to happen basically announcing a delay.
As always, there is nothing firm and final to prevent you all getting paid but there is certainly no more evidence you will than there was about thirty updates back.
‘..Funny last few posts..’. And not quite as funny as :
“Final Licence Payment Update”
“Licence Payment Update - Final Information”
Making yourself look the fool again Helx.
Haha keep on sweating naysayer.
Almost as funny and foolish as this claim: “.. the SFO and the regulator find nothing untoward in their preliminary enquiries…”..
"Haha keep on sweating naysayer."
says the one always checking these boards and trying to 'ward off trolls/shorters'
hilarious!

'I’m no conspiracy theorist. I offered to show the proof if Amit denies selling shares until last month.' - lol
why wouldn't you just show any proof (of amit selling more shares) now? is it because you're telling porkies again (with your new account). how many accounts you up to now? gotta be in the double-figures surely.
& once again Helx you seem to be wide off the mark : your earlier knee-jerk reaction of ‘conspiracy theorists’ is inappropriate on a thread simply covering a probability of whether additional shares were being sold, post the closure of deals (v.v.small probability imv) which then qualifies as simply a supposition ; a ‘conspiracy’ then requiring sinister& powerful players which is then at total odds with the thread covering a probability of ‘cash flow problems’ & of Amit possibly struggling to pay for the latest wedding… so, hardly sinister &/or powerful.
And as per your “naysayer” assessment, again wide of the mark, when I have several times now posted that there is ‘a positive seen when considering that the Cloudtag website is still open’ and have several times suggested the supposition that Amit has been inappropriately using the funds to assist Shlomo. So hardly a naysayer, but just an active shareholder, who then finds employment (without sweating) in then forwarding Amit’s latest notices of ‘Final this’ & ‘Final that’..
But there again, you do have a track record of being wide off the mark and of then apologising to those shorting your… errors ? And your explanation for then being so far wide off the mark, is centred on your being swayed to remain positive, courtesy of the ‘shorts inappropriate behaviour’ ?? You need to chill bud and try get a grasp on reality. We will indeed likely get some form of payout, specifically that the $50M was reported as being deposited but I would suggest that you then prepare yourself that the ‘Health Care’ buyer of $229.5M of DaaP, might then not be all that it seems to be.
& expect quite a few more ‘’Final, final notices” or synonymous such posts, which you can then find matches your own rather vegetative state.
‘…. And your explanation for then being so far wide off the mark, is centred on your being *emotionally hand-cuffed* to remain positive, courtesy of the ‘shorts *abusive* behaviour’.
In way toooo deep bud.
You’re thinking way too hard about ctag buddy. Not rocket-science to work out who is more worried about the conclusion of this saga. You know no more than anyone on here.
When this initial payment arrives you can give us all a big fat apology. I’ll remain chill until then - suggest you do the same.
"When this initial payment arrives you can give us all a big fat apology. " - I think this is fair and I'd do the same if we saw any money at all.
Question for you Helx2 - at what stage do you owe a big fat apology if we're another month down and Amit is on his 8th "Final License Update". Just wondering when you'll stop believing?
Helx 2
I am not here to provide you intel just because you don’t believe my statements. You do some ground work. Most of you folks have zero contact with Amit. You have zero idea how Amit told lies over the phone for last 4 years to manipulate them into paying his own bank account. I have witnessed most of it.
If you share the screenshot of Amit denying any further selling then I’m willing to share info about these sells. It’s upto you
Perhaps when / if we're ever told the payment that's coming is no longer coming. I don't think any of the extended durations / reasoning received via amit's updates have been that unreasonable. Disappointing yes, but generally acceptable. If there's an excuse / delay that's used that feels implausible or really defers the timescales back a long way - then i'd be more inclined to join the naysayers.
I just don't see it at present - particularly when you think of the last few companies he's started & sold for a huge profit. You might not want to admit it - but he's a winner.
