I think the phase 2 trials are being submitted H2.
Should see some news and PR then
This has been creeping up on next to no volumes....Im still about 4p out from B/E. Something is afoot...Even if its just the usual P & D trading movement.
Think £1.2 k here at a profit before all the carry on has turned into 95p for me !
Thats a quite big buy for such a shakey Operation here....Perhaps a build up back to levels seen on introduction back to the market before the inevitable cash call and dilution...I was unable to get out when suspension was raised due to share account (iii) incompetence and unable to trade...Wont be holding these if I can get back to anywhere near breakeven.Karma for the greedyand useless board one day....:)
That director BUY was a stonker 9.25!
Turned £2.3k into £1.2k in just over a week- welcome to AIM!
DB you can message me through "Personal Message" in "Members Home"
I had 4.5m AMC shares, got converted into this and bailed out earlier this week and straight in BOIL. I hope that's performs better than this or AMC ever did.
Hi Geng, can you post an email contact ?
DB, You really have got your maths wrong there!
I sold the bulk just after the divi had 5Mil left at suspension - 31k in new money = £2.5k
Compared to the £200k+ divi and subsequent £24k sell down to the above 5M, it's a pretty insignificant holding and just keeping it to see what happens. I'm not moaning just having a bit of sport with the soul of AMC.
Hi Geng, you said that you had £5k worth of AMC. So £5k / AMC 0.08 = 62,500 shares / 160 = 390.625 CRTX shares x current bid at 8p = £31.25. Is that correct ? if it is it’s shocking & I can see why your moaning. That’s a reduction of precisely 16,000%. I also note that the market size is only 1000 shares per trade.
Robin did well. Did he say 26 pence a share? now 8.0p?
"Gerald Beaney has purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of the Company at a price of 9.265 pence per share." Still got further to fall, as all the AMC'ers dump, Buy price is now sub 9p
Is there anything positive to be said about crism at all? As an ex LTH of amur I look forward to at least a little share price optimism, while accepting the days of the £1 club are long gone surely there must be some future predictions?
Don't think they will able to raise funds in the short term, even if they wanted to. The current cash will have to be enough for the trails they need to do and then take it from there.
This lot will need some cash soon, why else list on AIM?
Wait until the selling stops and when the accompanying cash raise pump comes along sell!
I think a quite a few are so annoyed they just wanted out now and didn't care too much at what price. Which is dangerous on AIM. That 80k trade for example. I wonder when that actually was agreed. They were probably offered that price and they thought, sod it. So we go down to that level, until it clears.
32,680,000 shares in issue at 8 pence per share is 2,614,400 but AMC shareholders only own 26.74% of the new share capital so market value of AMC shareholders interest is just 699,090.
The Board of AMC have managed to turn 4.995m into just 0.70m and that has got to be a record even by Geologists standards!
What ever value was in AMC has been squandered by the former Board of AMC as they strung out the RTO for as long as they could while Robin Young was paid 315k USD pa and not content with that they paid a fortune in fees for the RTO and to add insult to injury the shareholders of EPL ended up with 73.26% of the shares in the RTO.
EPL was an insolvent company with a balance sheet that had negative net assets of 600,382.
As Paul Daniels used to say “Now that is what you call magic!”

You are not the only one holding up Crism shares.
How the Board of AMC arrived at a price of 23 pence is anyones guess but the bid is now just 8 pence so a drop of 65.21% in just 2 days of trading!
8 pence divided by 160 is 0.05p in old money and it was 0.09-0.10p the day before it was suspended so down 44.44% yet the deluded Board if AMC predicted a substantial uplift of 56%.
The Boards of AIM just love smoke and mirrors so they carry out share consolidations thinking that shareholders are as dumb as they are!

The CRISM Therapeutics website is updated (from when I last looked) and working well. It was always going to be rough. Market makers weren't just going to let everyone out at a decent price. They'll soak them up now
You never know, this may come good, but I sense most people have/will bail out as soon as they can.
Good luck to all the old AMC shareholders, and see you on another stock message site soon. All tips with some sort of basis are welcome!
That website doesn't even work ;-(
Looks like I'm stuck with 300 shares at an average price of over a 1000p
Not even worth selling in my case. £23
I'm I the only one stupid enough to be holding on to this?
At least their website is a bit better than their earlier effort
https://extruded-pharmaceuticals.com/
and I guess a Tortola BVI address might impress more than B23 6HP…
Hargreaves switched my holdings early on but I couldn’t sell. By the time I could, they’d halved in value.
Bottom drawer for the little bits of plastic…
Just sold the lot but I could only deal via telephone to broker !! I can see this dropping like a stone.. Good luck to all who still have shares..
The markets received recognise a load of the LSE sh*te from a mile away!

Yep - Funny that, they told me it could be weeks!
