Final point I’m making on the $400,000 taken from the account. I am making no excuses about how this was done but it is probably the exact amount their contracts state if they were to be removed. So they would have received this anyway after they were fired. But officially instead. The company is no more worse off than expected. In fact if the monies are recovered and their contracts voided the company may end up better off. The company may get legal awarded fees too. The domain name recovery will happen but i am sure this will take a while to go through due process. Looking forward the company has a far rosier future than before all this nonsense.
There will be interview on Sunday roast with Callum
Yeh agreed SpectralBlue, seems like everyone has blown these two minor problems out of proportion. Neither the $400k nor the transfer of domain will affect Chilled's bottom line in any way.
Does anyone have thoughts/info on when this trading suspension will be lifted. Itching to have it removed to get my capital moving in a positive direction with this stock…
Stock - sensei The fact that you think those 2 ‘minor’ details won’t affect the bottom line is staggering. I’m all for positivity but that comment is delusional. Of course the cash being siphoned and loss of control of the expensive website domain will affect the bottom line.
HK how did you vote? Did you vote for the 2 to go? If you did they were always going to be paid off. The bottom line would have been the same. The asset value of the domain will be recovered.

Wow I know I'm very negative about the chances of CHLL being able to have the money to fight the domain name and 400k in court but to call these 2 "minor" problems must be the most ridiculous rampy comment ever !!!
It's down to 2p and suspended witn no financial being able to be published for a reason
Doh
Hungryjaxx
Haha wow you are still here since 2021 when it was zoetic and 1 pound
What a brave sole to stick with this success story
99% down and suspended
Well done
Newbie2024 who is actually neil777 is a troll & ramper on various board and is to be ignored , he is currently ramping ENET which has gone from 60p to half a pence with no news in 6 months , that’s how much this troll knows so best ignore , don’t get me on his grammar & spelling as we would be here all day !
Newbie. I know you are a self certified 'new person' and I get that. My point was when you 'fire' two senior directors/founders, severance pay would always need to accounted for. They decided to award themselves it before any official payment. Completely wrong, but in both the outcomes the accounting bottom line would be the same. At no point did I say this was a minor point. In the medium term, as a result of their removal, there will be significant savings in senior management pay which will more than make up for the short term 'hit.'
Newbie by name but not experience of stocks.
Your point of them maybe being owed 400k in redundancy money/golden goodbye makes their alleged "crime" justifiable in your eyes.
CHLL gave already announced they intend to get it back.. and my point is this will have to be done in an expensive court of law, probably in the US
CHLL is still suspended because they can't or won't release financial
It all stinks and I could see them not coming out of suspension and administration is a possibility
All IMO but this share is 2p and suspended for many reasons
You're choosing to misrepresent what I said. Why would that be? I am referring to the bottom line as you know rather than the crime itself. Chill are not refusing to issue financials, I am sure they are being prepared as we speak. These reports have to be prepared by accountants and signed off. Typically this can take a min of 3 weeks to a month. Once these are released the share price should rise, an outcome you probably don't want.
There is no point in engaging with neil777( newbie) he’s a trader ramping ENET at the moment then deramping chill , best ignore
Thanks Lionel I should have looked properly down the thread before replying to NB. Noted will do.
No one listen to or respond to this cretin
Agreed lets ignore Neil and focus on the stock. This board has been a valuable source of information for investors during the recent turmoil. Lets not let people like neil777 ruin this forum going forward.
The two directors who have been removed had good experience in the CBD field, however they lacked any experience in the critical areas that the company needs at the moment.
As such, they were hanging on to their positions and drawing fees that they could not justify, even if they were doing the best that they were able. A lot of times our confidence far outstrips both our knowledge and our ability.
The new directors have both the knowledge and the ability to take the company forward. This will be viewed in a positive light by the market. As I have judged previously, the price should be in the region of 5p when the suspension is lifted. However, any further positive news could push this higher, but I think this unlikely at the moment. However I'm more than happy to listen to alternative viewpoints if these are aired in a constructive manner.
I admire the optimism, but I do not think this will be opening again at 5p lol
I’m expecting the SP to open where we were before Callum’s suspension. Clearly it should be higher and maybe so on solid Financials
HK1965: I think that you are just feeling negative after Oxford Cannabinoid were delisted.
It has happened to me with another company when I first started investing. Just before they delisted, I had an opportunity to pull out with double my stake. Some shenanigans going on with those in the know getting the heads up, no doubt. Unlikely to happen with Chill due to strong support from investors and significant confidence in future performance: I don't think the new directors would have taken up their roles unless they saw enough to instill a degree of confidence in their ability to take things forward.
with respect unininanimity you have absolutely no idea what i’m feeling about anything. with regards to oxford, i actually think the delisting isn’t a bad thing. i didn’t sell in haste before d-day, i actually bought more. i look forward to them delisting on the nasdaq.
back to chill. i feel kind of similar. i think this will come good, but i’m not blind to the current situation. there’s going to be a whole load of **** before this sorts itself out. and i believe it will. i just don’t subscribe to the ‘let’s just pretend everything is rosy’ mantra.
i have to say though. in my 20 plus years of investing/trading, chll has been the most interesting.
I'd settle for the return of £200k and the domain name in exchange for a clean getaway.
Lawyers are going to cost too much so a deal would be a better outcome.
Of course, if they don't play ball you could always hire a couple of hoodlums to bump them off.
Much cheaper than lawyers. But that's just my dark sense of humour.
Humour !!!
R&T will want to settle more than Chilled. Their balance sheet to fight this in court is far smaller than Chilled's. Likely works in our favour and settlement will probably be very bullish
