Type “CBD” into Google Shopping & no CBX products listed
Type “CBD” into Amazon & no CBX products listed
Ask your mates if they’ve heard of Cellular Goods & they’ll say Is that a mobile phone & accessory store
Come on PR company - on launch you should have had advertising, social media influencers already testing products, affiliations & certainly Google search optimised
OMG!
Their PR company don’t even have them listed as a recent launch - WTF?
https://goodcultureinc.com/our-work
Main Launch is February.
calm down,
the whole point of this pre build up is to get the basic info out there, then q1 is when they really take off.
patience.
There’s getting basic info out there but there’s being muted. A few tweets to their investors. They’re being far too quiet
Alexis did a good interview on V O X yesterday but he played that it’s about the people who make the products yet he was alone - missed a trick & should have had maybe the core product developer there
Anyway clearly the Nov soft launch was a gap filler to drip feed investors to delay for the real launch in 2022
Just feel they misrepresented it a little
Instead of
“ Launch of inaugural products & ecommerce platform”
Yesterdays RNS would have been better titled
“Initial availability of inaugural products before full product launch in Feb 2022”
That’s how many feel I’m sure as many held in belief of what we were told & profit was ripped away back to the same old familiar slumping pattern again
Topped up a little today, still a supporter….!!! I watched the interview and the guy did ok, but more neutral than upbeat. Clearly a committed person, but I think he’ll need some help driving the demand pull. I’ve heard he has a solid team, they could be switched on soon I hope.
Spot on dodge. There wasn’t even a video of the team celebrating the launch with champagne. It just happened and we get more words. I understand they don’t want to waste money but there’s things they could do that wouldn’t cost a lot. Send Brov hers out. Video celebrating the launch. The moving images they’ve got could be for any profit. This is a dip and will come back. But for me they’re bordering on not being true to their word. What are they basing this tactic on? Being muted? This will come back shortly but cbx need to let some of their creative people do their stuff, even if it’s in a small budget for now, instead of trying to do it themselves.
Absolutely - this is a dip.
It is all about patience - there are many folk with averages in the teens. This is about sitting on your hands. I believe December is a soft launch and we will see the real fruition of our investments early next year.
Sorry for all the typos! They didn’t even post videos say ‘first pallet off the production line’ ‘first packed parcel going out to mr ….’ They could have used their product themselves in a video. A big prize launch ending on day of launch with an announcement of the winner. These things are all free and would have given reassurance to the shareholder. They could have had a teams meeting with all the business partners that went live. Anything but this has been so muted. Let’s hope they’re listening. They’re great entrepreneurs but not great promoters.
Cellular goods is a premium product aimed at a premium world wide market...the idea that this needs the sort of PR mentioned on this board is comical...the product will be reviewed by publications aimed at the demographic able to purchase products of this value ...when they do the orders will come and they will be on their way to establishing a premium brand....in the meantime I am buying both product and shares GLA
@dodge - I don't think the company have pumped this but it is some of the regular posters here that have created unrealistic expectations with claims of personal messages and "facts" that have no substance.
Read between the lines and understand that most posters here have agendas to suit themselves. Everyone is here to make money but certain posters have made it clear they are only here for a quick buck and will ramp this as hard as they can so they can get out with a small profit having bought too heavily at a high SP.
If you've doe your research and are happy with the company then put the shares away and switch this board off as it is going to be traded heavily which will lead to plenty of volatility in the SP over the next few months.
The CEO made a big point about the importance to him of the name Cellular Goods. I don't think it achieves what he was saying and a re-think on that may be needed. It doesn't link the company to Canabinoids or cosmetics and hopefully the team will persuade him to re-think that. The branding certainly looks high end and will attract attention but please change the name!
The launch was staggeringly amateurish, sellers are rushing for the exit, and the CBX share price is cratering.
Any close here below 8p will be a very bearish sign.
Best folks can hope here for is that Beckham gets a cheesy pap in the Sun or Mail "moisturising his golden skin against the winter elements" with some CBX kit. Without a Beckham ad, it's hard to see this overpriced, unknown fluid taking off.
Given the importance they are placing on CBG as an active ingredient for the skincare range, can anyone see how much CBG is actually in the products? Can't find it on the web site.
If CBX are meant to be educating the market, how can they do that without saying the product has 1% CBG or 0.01% CBG? Otherwise competitors can add 0.000000001% CBG and make the same claims as CBX. Customers have to be able to compare something with something.
@Amran - your tone has changed a bit today
What happened to all the ramping earlier in the week?
"Cbx will deliver. This is now the pivotal stage for the company and Alexis knows exactly what he is doing"
"Can someone get the rocket out for tomorrow!!"
"Expecting a positive response in the SP and further articles in the news"
"R1 I think we will break this 11p level tomorrow"
" Alexis told me about it back then also. I am grateful to have an open channel with him."
Maybe Alexa wasn't telling you everything
You have a tendency to shout down anyone posting what you perceive as a negative/realistic comment but today many here have posted very valid concerns and maybe it's time you listened for once
I expect you to try and turn it personal but I'm not interested in a battle as it will detract from many of the great posts today
@R1bo - Read what I wrote and compare it to what others have said today - the consensus is that the company could have done better. Investors here are not a happy bunch.
Rather than turn everything into a battle understand that posters here all have differing opinions on how the company are doing. You are not the oracle and offer very little of substance other than acting like the board bully shouting people down and throwing out insults. Your opinion (as mine) is one amongst many. Sadly your posts are either personal, childish or ramping without any substance and offer nothing of value. You may not like what I post but I am offering an opinion (with substantiation) and if you think my opinion is wrong throw out something to counter it rather than stomping your feet and calling names hoping someone will come to your aid.
So you don't like me - great! I won't be losing any sleep
I will post what I want and when I want whether the SP has gone up or gone down and whatever insults you want to throw out won't change that.
@R1bo - I have never said to anyone "I told you so" nor taken any pleasure when the SP falls. I am invested and whether you believe that or not does not bother me one iota.
I don't tend to post on many boards and usually avoid them when there is a big rise without any reason - it happens and it's rare that there isn't a pull-back afterwards. What I do try and offer is a voice of reason as the people here that are hurting include many that have been caught buying in after you and your sidekick go off on a ramping spree. Again I'll say it but you NEVER offer anything of substance to back up your ridiculous claims.
Nowhere have I claimed the story is over - you do come out with some rubbish. I have said many times that this is a long-term hold and end 2022 early 23 is when the company may start to see some profit. Until that point in my opinion the 50p's etc that you throw around are unlikely.
I hope you have said enough as I am happy to listen to people that have genuine opinions rather than reading your long tomes that say nothing
