Agree. I am sure the company did not anticipate this kind of sell off. Especially after the recent investor meet. It appears that it didnt come across very well.A small possitive here is that the more this falls the more likely someone will take the lot over purely for the IP.It just depends how much someone wants this. Maybe the company could sell off one segment of the business. At least that would generate funds to expand the remainder of the business.
Where's Beechknot these days?? Looks like he'll finally get his 6p after all!!
Pretty flipping depressing tbh.
Fwiw. I have experienced these type of events before. I am afraid inmv it was a meeting to gauge how some new/ existing clients felt about a future fundraise.
No doubt we shall find out soon, but i wouldnt be surprised if a placing occurs that is only open to a few investors. Maybe they are eying up an acquisition of sorts. If so lets hope that it will be cash possitive cumulative from day one.
Does anyone have any slides or information from the meeting? Curious about the purpose and outcome.
The uni collaborations are excellent news. Inmv it brings us closer to signing a collaborative deal with a large institution of some sorts which should also add a cash injection to fund the final stages of clinical trials.
Still think working on big fund raise summertime or after, all costs money these early stage companies all no say financed till year end
It looks like the investors meet has not had the desired effect. Had anyone who attended have any feedback. Positive or negative.
I thought we may have seen some buying today in anticipation of a possitive investors meet?.
Hopefully we will see some new investors buying in tomorrow.
Hopefully the company will post the presentation on its website together with the q&as.
Is anyone going to the evening meeting tomorrow? I expressed my interest in attending but no confirmation has come through. PR needs an upgrade
I just hope that whoe...ver has off loaded of late will have the grace to update market if any threshold has been crossed. inmho dyor and you must apear to be over twenty five and have been fully vacinated with the covid vaccine, failing that the other one no one has heard about.
M.McNulty - Am I able to contact you via Aimchaos ? Important, not trading advice, and not through X - thanks in advance
Something the company advisors could think about going forward.
The location of the presentation. I for one are not city based. So outside of London would be beneficial from my point of view. Also maybe give a few weeks notice. That would also help.
Inmho.Having said that hopefully there is a good turnout.
Hopefully it comes from a heavy weight investor that will not just add money, but market awareness as well.
Company have said they have enough cash to last them into 2025.
However i am 100% expecting money coming into the company by any or all of the following means:
1. City-Mix sales
2. Commercial deal / partnership
3. Grant from UK or EU
4. Placing - i think this will be a last resort if none of the above 3 happen
Could also have a big investor come in and take a chunk of the company.
Upomega Thanks .Trying to work out how much money they have used in weeks after results rns . Or how long that money will last .
As per the results RNS year end and posting of results of 31/01/2024 1,640,000. If that helps.
If anyone goes to next weeks presentation could they ask how much money is left from the 2.9m raised in 2023 .
Thnks
If anyone goes to next weeks presentation could they ask the company when we are likely to get a update. Re large fashion company.
I would go myself, but it is too far to travel.
Thks
Strategically things look very promising but we need a deal/contract that adds to the bottom line to boost the share price and keep us longstanding shareholders interested.
Thanks for the link BurtonD together with a good write up.
The way I see it is that Bsf has three strikes at the goal. Hopefully at least one will score.
In the future might be demand . Not much buying volume after so many good rns . Market does not appear to be showing much interest .

It is abit suspect. A deal with the UKs leading cultured meat company and we get a deal with them in China. A place where the West is generally leaving as tensions increase. Defence spending is planned to increase on fears of Russia and China expansion. But we're praising a deal made to do business there. Why wasn't a deal made for doing business in the UK? With the UKs leading company?
Still no progress on generating revenue, just helping Ivy Farms to expand. No sales deal.
Wishy washy RNS and a falling share price. Actions speak louder than words. The share price isn't reflecting the apparent good words of each RNS.
Just another gimmicky tech that isn't going to go anywhere. I don't know anyone talking about cultured meat let alone that even knows this company exists.
