I think all this selling Emirates from the investors meet. Two possibilities are.
They failed to impress existing and possible new investors.
They have even unofficial sounded out a possible fund raise. Which on both accounts has not been received well inmo.
Hope TW isnt right with his assumption. Anyone got access to the article?

gulp
Only once he's finished selling. Thats the loophole.. so he could go to 0% before declaring.
Thoughts on if the bucket is being passed about at the moment?
He owned >3% so there will need to be a notification if he crosses the threshold
His out
Only once he's finished.
Well it would require a tr1
Indeed this Mcap is a total joke. Distressed seller and exhausted buyers is providing a nice opportunity for new money.
Lets see Che deliver - not sure this guy is fully cut out for the CEO role as he is a scientist. They need to get a polished salesman as the figurehead to sell the story.
Been saying that for over a year now. Trouble with this share is it's still not making any revenue and no signs it will be any time soon. Therefore it will need funds eventually, maybe a chance for the people who got mugged at 17p to average down?
Topped up with a few more today, 6p and a market cap of 6m could look very cheap even if one of their commercial deals gets signed.
Maybe the directors could buy a few shares as a show of confidence, they are very quiet compared to some companies.
I have it on authority Myles is not the one selling. There are plenty of big holders out there, upomega and badtrader have 4% between then for starters.
Obviously selling continuing so might even go into 5's tomorrow which is insane.
There will come a point though where buyers step in.
Myles, believe this guys out, plus some of his followers out too.
Inmv these sales are not down to a number of holders, but more to do with a single holder offloading. In terms of thresholds being crossed i am assuming that the seller hasnt notified the market due to their order not being completed.
Maybe someone could answer this. Should the market be notified when a holding falls below three percent. Or can they continue to reduce without notifying the market.
OK so I have 3 issues with what you posted:
1. The link doesn't work
2. I googled the article and it's 7 months old
3 . Said article is about fake meat I.e plant based meat which is nothing to do with BSFA who produce 100% real meat.
Not really sure why you posted it tbh.
I was a champion of fake meat: but I’m not surprised people are …
Thu 10 Aug 2023 05.00 EDT. F aux meat is failing. Once championed as a way to fight the climate emergency, protein alternatives are now struggling, with plant-based pioneers Beyond Meat...
Hiblue.. Like yourself i am still possitive , but sometimes loose faith. When this happens i just remind myself why i bought the shares in the first place. Looking at the shares in issue my holding isnt quite two percent but approaching it .
I think me and badtrader99 are in a similar position and odly enough my holding is also split between my isa and sipp.
Hopefully we are not to far off in terms of some kind of licensing deal.
Hope you are right. I hold 2.1m shares in my SIPP and ISA and it doesn't feel great atm!
I still have faith in the tech, ethics and IP. Fingers crossed for signs of a big name soon. My guess is that it will move very quickly once we get some substantial news.
A very impressive holding upomega. We are ridiculously undervalued right now, crazy how it's been battered down last few weeks.
I'm confident things will soon turn round. There are too many things going on in the background, if any if the names are leaked or commercial deals tied up then this valuation will be long gone.
Fwiw i now hold two percent .For me this is way undervalued.
Hopefully a angel investor will arrive at some point,
Thanks for your reply. I am a patient man so that's not an issue. My real concern is this drops off the chart and we end up with something that even patience can't bring back to life.
DillyD
I am in a similar position and have built up a large holding over the last year or so. It is positive to note that they are structuring the company for grown by creating different divisions, which also could be sold or IPO-d in the future. The CellAg sector is getting some better coverage recently and is making slow progress towards commercialisation, I am also a holder of ANIC which has had a similar price deterioration. Still trying be patient with this as Cell Ag will have a place in food production at some point! This is also a Biotech play with the cornea business.
There seems to be lots of promise with Cell Ag and their Biotech IP but if we could see some signs of revenue making it would help a great deal.
Good Luck All
My breakeven on this is 17p. I've waited a long time for a positive and listened to all the positive suggestions about the future but over a long period I've just watched this get lower and lower. Is it finished?
Can only be a good thing. How id love for a big commercial deal to land.. itll come at some point. Keep the faith
