This BB you are currently on merely deals with the Aquis EU cross border exchange which accounts for c10% of BPC trading, rather the London Stock Exchange one. Why this forum exists I have no idea.
DYOR. Good luck

Just got back in after years in BPC- haven't see a message board as bare as this one- looking for to the spud in March 2021:))
Strike oil and the sp goes up 20% !!!!!
I view this sp as this: they find oil (not officially found yet) and announce this in January all going well. SP will go up...10-20% imo. Until the government fully understands the economic benefits to pulling that oil out and agree to drill this is a long burner investment - I think the grand kids will benefit just not us! Lol
Hi everyone. Bought shares in here this morning cos my mate Chris told me we're all gonna make loads of money. Hope he's right haha

For every sale there has to be a buyer - this is an undeniable fact.
Yet day after day we see no buyers listed for these shares - I think someone is building a substantial stake - maybe the market makers are accumulating shares for a client?
After 2 weeks finally some buys have shown up on this website for BPC.
However no buys given for the last two weeks - can this website data be true with a rising sp today - I think not unless all buys are off-book?
The website problem of no buys and a fixed sp for many days seems to have been fixed now.
Still no action on this software problem - no buys shown only sells and the sp is stuck on 2.15 whatever the market does!
There have been no buys for more than a week according to this platform - this is an error of course and so I sent an enquiry to LSE to fix the problem. Remember for every sell there must be a buyer!
I think the recent decline in the share price is due to the issuing of new shares diluting shareholder stakes in the company.
The prospects in general are contingent on the drilling of the Perseverance #1 well - and hopefully this year we will get progress reports on the spud date etc.
I see no news to support the buying today - I assume it is bargain hunting based on future prospects/news?
I would think once we have a spud date for the well the sp would move up, and then advance further to above 3.5p when drilling actually starts. The sp would increase as each potential reservoir zone is drilled if it looks productive with hydrocarbon indications on the LWD logs, or there is oil over the shakers etc. There are 10 potential zones on the seismic for this well, and if a zone is non productive I expect the sp to decline slightly until the next zone is drilled and logged and so on.
A good scenario would be LWD logs indicating moveable oil in an upper zone and a decision is made to test that zone with a successful test result - this would tend to support the sp for the duration of the well to TD. Once TD is reached and the LWD results look good there could be wireline logs followed by tests of prospective zones from the bottom of the well up.
If the well gets to TD (this is not a given of course), and if there are good test flows from several zones, of good quality oil, the sp would reflect the overall production potential of the well, and the oil price, and BPC's potential as a takeover target by a major.
There are too many moving parts to estimate the eventual sp after testing is complete, assuming the well can produce hydrocarbons, there could be gas in the deeper zones, there could be heavy oil in upper zones, the quality of the oil would be a factor, and obviously a 2,000bopd well and 10,000bopd well would affect the sp.
On the plus side there are multiple zones any one of which could be good enough to make the well a success.
I note that the Perseverance Rover is about to lift of for Mars - could this be an omen for the BPC exploration well Perseverance #1 - and maybe IK can somehow show this in an extremely negative light somehow?
no hope & bob hope
Hi just wondering what you think best case scenario share price of A: drilling and then B: drilling and finding lots of good quality oil?
This is the section for NEX trades
Could the posts have been moved to the 'main' BPC board?
Easy
I think it’s an issue with the LSE site, but you’re in the wrong forum - for some reason this has been spun out into a BPC.GB.PL group, the posts are all over in the BPC page
bapuk,
It appears this morning's rise got a bit too much ahead of itself and some low-cost holders have turned sellers.
I oppose that's not surprising after such a fast uptick which certainly pushed up the mkt cap ....over 1500m shrs there, I think.
Nevertheless, this will be one where demand will quickly return after any drop, imo.
Investz, There were a whole bunch of posts here after the rns last week but they all seem to have disappeared! Strange shenanigans... Gla Bapuk
