Main broker had this up to 1.71p again this morning .
9% down this site with the normal 50% spread it a false price , not much integrity in London markets .
Lucky this morning as mistakenly placed a sell instead of the intended buy order at 1.25p no price movement shown here just the 50% spread .
My broker as down -10%
Would like to know Ripley's take on the interim results out this morning. Is the 30% fall in SP justified simply because of the fundraising issue?
The spread is over 71.43 % share price down 24% on the interim results out this morning.
I don’t really know what to think here.
Since the takeover and the change of management this is a pure investment play, whereby they are waiting until the thing is up and running and it will be sold.
What are they spending £200k a month on? An admin person on £25k a year can do that job. Answering calls and doing PowerPoint presentations. Get rid off all the staff and the office space and just sit there and wait until the £50 million fee comes in than sell the remaining stake to the highest bidder.
More nonsense with the 40% spread .
I see someone has posted they managed to but @ 1p few days back .
I saw it bid at 1p but not offered? Perhaps it might have been an uncrossing trade or something like that?
I put a £1000 in this garbage a few months back and it's down 88%. I'm never breaking even on this one again in my lifetime. Surely your not expecting this to come back from the brink?
30th May 2023.
Bowleven PLC - Africa-focused oil and gas exploration firm - Expects to raise additional equity capital this year to fund its operations. It warns, dependent on timings of certain transactions related to Etinde, it could use up all its existing cash resources by the end of the year without further capital.
"We remain on the verge of what we believe to be a major turning point in the business with the expected upcoming change of the Etinde operatorship once Perenco secures regulatory approval," said CEO Eli Chahin. Reports no revenue in half-year ended December 31, unchanged year-on-year. Pretax loss slims to USD1.0 million from USD1.2 million.
Did you top up again Ripley? What price did you get this time- anywhere near the middle of the spread ie 1.05 ish?
Early in the morning, the spread sometimes appears to be 0.5 to 1.5, but I have not seen any trades go through at these levels. Has anyone else?
Main broker showed this up 134% typical when I was out from 9am to 4.30pm today. Above shows *2.4p high .
Looks like after 4pm surge .
Maybe a few of my AIM gambles will start to bear some fruits .
RBW yesterday.
I was lucky 22/3/23 when a sell mistake order did not execute .
Was never able to buy for the 1.25p , spread down to 18% today .
All the excitement over by Monday 24th July .
Back to 1.2p with 33% spread.
Excitement again shows up 50% spread 22%
0.9 to buy 0.8 to sell , spread still 25%
RNS ... it is considering a fundraising proposal from a shareholder which contemplates the shareholder providing equity capital at a "very substantial discount" to the current market price of its shares, whilst allowing all current shareholders to participate at the same price. Says the discussion is not yet at an advanced stage.
My post two months ago 20/7/23 now looks unlucky not lucky better if mistake was made , might have got them back even cheaper now.
AIM just not for Pi's

I briefly admired the dude in Northwood who is a major shareholder with a 5% holding, for less than 35K layout. I always wanted to feature on a Tr-1, how cool. Frame it and put it on the office wall, and all that.
Then realised that the dude is on the hook for over 150k to maintain his position and avoid being diluted to fark.
Get that bedsit on the market, sir.
Down 45%, or 300k company value, on two sales totalling £16.
Among today's risers spread 100% !!

And did you also vote the AGM resolutions?
Money taken for non tradable still showing as such , also shows up 50%.
My broker no facility for voting .
If it's anyone like Barclays, to vote requires telephoning their Corporate Actions team and instructing them over the phone.
Which broker has no facility for voting? I never heard that before.
