Nice little RNSKK
Yes, more encouraging news today from BARK with the company confirming:
* "CSS has agreed a five-year global license for its SleepEngine® platform with Mammoth Group"
* "CSS remains in advanced negotiations with several household names" regarding a "number of new multi-year enterprise licensing deals for its SleepEngine® technology".
* "Further announcements will be made as soon as practicable when these licences are signed".
This is perfect timing for BARK as it works with financial advisers on a strategic review to sell CSS, which SKY News reported last week was "valued in the region of £50m".

Good luck, Brighty
Barkby, for those that are unaware, is in the process of exiting its non-core investments. Sky quoted insiders saying CSS was up for sale for £50 million. The current BARK Mcap is just over £10million. i.e. If a deal of this magnitude occurs the share price is going to soar.
* Sky report: "City sources said Barkby Group is working with financial advisers on a strategic review, with CSS said to be valued in the region of £50m. Barkby is understood to have decided to sell the business to focus on building a portfolio of roadside real estate assets, including drive thru restaurants, convenience retail and EV charging infrastructure".
There's a reason BARK is up over 100% in the last month. 3 years ago this was over 40p a share and 2 years ago it was over 25p a share. If a multi million deal is announced for CSS those 25p- 40p a share days will be mirrored again here...
Good luck, Brighty
Brighty1 agree this can multi-bag quite easily when bids come in for CCS
Exactly. The current BARK Mcap is just over £10million and with Sky quoting City insiders saying CSS is up for sale for £50 million then that is going to create quite an RNS and share price rise with a deal anywhere near that figure. Those 25p- 40p a share days will be back here again in a flash....
Good luck, Brighty
What value would you place on the property business ?
Brighty, I would think the value is easily circa 80 million. Remember also the Tarncourt 12 million loan which may be converted into equity.
Everyone is focused on CSS or the pubs. You have 2 completed roadside developments generating income of almost 500k with a valuation of just below 10 million with a lot more to follow.
The share price will be most interesting when this is fully completed.
The company didn't realise a trading statement in August looks like the next date is December 24 for Final Results for the Year Ended 1 July 2021 be good to know how the company going
I would think we will be getting confirmation of the strategy for the second half of the year plus results by 31/12.
I'm predicting a share price 30p or above pre Christmas.
2024 will be transformative.
Share price at 9p up 9.09% looking good hope you're right 30p for Christmas
GL
I certainly think we've only just started. Time will tell. DYOR as ever.
Mitchells & Butlers PLC (LSE:MAB) meanwhile are saying strong trading continued in its fourth quarter, bringing year-to-date like-for-like sales growth to 9.1%, with total sales growth now an impressive 10.5%.
