The market is still fast asleep
Avacta owns the global rights to a platform technology fully proven to deliver 100x more war head to Tumor vs Plasma.
Avacta has also now been able to attach 8 new war heads to the pre|CISION substrate with plans to release the pipeline during h2.
With major non dilutive funds incoming imminently (DX divestment + LD) the market has presented a once in a lifetime opportunity!
When was it specified 8 new warheads?
Confirmed at AGM during coffee break and verified via multiple sources.
By who that’s business sensitive information that should be RNS’ed - is this hearsay or you were there
Not its not. AS said similar publicly back during April.
What was the plasma level?
Just started to watch 'the great communicator' in the presentation.
Does she ever look at the camera, it's disconcerting and feels like she's reading a bed time story.
I'll judge it on content but gripping and inspiring delivery it isn't.
Thorn
Don’t let facts get in the way of a good heart warming ramp.
It’s not just the fact it’s 8 new pipeline drugs it’s the fact of what these drugs are! These are maximum value type drugs that are market disruptive in that they would take chunks away from the majors.
This is why they are all buzzing as they know when this pipeline is revealed the Majors will basically have no choice but to try and acquire AVACTA.
It does come across to me that the way Shaun C describes it that they have to continue to move the business forward but when the market views this pipeline of drugs it’s going to go a bit crazy!!! 🤪
Like Myles said on twitter (X) “FAP is upregulated in ~80% of solid tumours - which account for ~90% of global cancer cases. Theoretically, then, a wide array of pre | CISION-modified warheads could ultimately be used to treat as much as 70%-75% of all cancer cases.”
They will have specifically chosen the best targets in their pipeline that maximise market disruption and that’s and has been the whole significant USP of Avacta these last couple of years. That if they prove Precision delivers and it doesn’t just deliver it’s blowing anything equivalent by a factor of 10 fold!!, then this is a disruptor company of the oncology market of 300 to 400 bil annual turnover.
This is up there at the top. Thats the problem Majors need to be shown the evidence and the pipeline.
This is now what they have.
It’s now up to the majors to squabble over it to see who dares wins!!!
Back to those Tom the bomb valuations of £100 a share is still cheap!!
In addition to this, we all know the pipeline is definitely going to be released and remains one of CC's favorable milestones. Duck by duck, her milestones are being achieved. Incredible isn't it...! We just know this will happen and finding a con in Avacta is proving quite tough at present.
It seems to me that it's when the Dose Expansion stage is reached, that BP cannot afford any longer to ignore Avacta.
Initial results, amongst some 20-30 patients, however great, just doesn't cut the mustard with their acquisition teams.
But the sp should now begin to discount this stage of AV6K's evolution.
Thorn, apologies for the belated reply to your post from this morning.

I attended the AGM. You have to remember, that as well as being recorded, CC is also addressing a packed room full of investors. She is a polished and professional speaker. IMO she judged it perfectly. I thought she was excellent, as was the content.
Don't engage with the tool. It's what he wants.
Wonder if he went to the AGM also?
Clearly not - if Eggy had been there he could have found something serious to criticise - maybe the colour and/or pattern of the flooring? Poor bugger really has lost the plot big time eh? LoL
AVA6000 plasma half life: ' Minutes to hours'. Minutes?!!!
Well there we are then, no wonder 3 weekly dosing isn't the best.
Doxorubicin has a half life of 20-48 hours.
It's like trying to fill a bath with the plug out, a very big plug at that.
Did you Guys not see that?
Didn't fancy talking about that?
To be fair CC rather rushed through that without dwelling too long on it.
I wonder why?
Is that why Dr Smith went?
3 years into a study that's been fundamentally undermined from the outset by the basic Pharmacokinetics of the Pre|Cision molecule?
Still I guess they always do a 1 weekly trial after the 2 weekly one finishes?
"I'm not sure they've done a great job it setting themselves up to achieve that."
So you're a professor of Pharmacology now Eggy, eh? Or is it Oncology? With your professorships in Virology, Epidemiology and Infections Diseases you must be quite a catch for some Big Pharma company, 🤡
The half life of AVA6000 is MINUTES to hours.
The concentration of AVA6000 in the plasma may half every few MINUTES.
That's not great, it's potentially rather bad.
Fine they can extend it but not in this trial.
More trials, more time, more money.
The clowns all saw this in the presentation and either chose not to see it or didn't understand what it meant.
Eggy is way better than any of those losers they've cobbled together in the scientific advisory board. They are all clueless compared to the egg man.
Tim, it's in the deck.
MINUTES to hours.
Why weren't you discussing this last week?
If it works on this regime then that's great, it should probably be given every 3rd day via a peripheral line at the GPs (like I said years ago and everyone, including you, mocked me).
The trial appears to have been handicapped from the outset.
Care to discuss. Neil Bell. Dr Smith.
They went for a reason.
Do you know why?
Do you think about it?
Do you think?
'It works' is all you've got?
Thorn, you need to listen to the AGM recording that was posted on twitter.
This is part of an answer CC gave. A transcript does not do justify to the excitement in CC’s voice.
“So, the half life of doxarubicin - straight dox, if we were to dose it, 75mg/m2 is what we give, the half life of standard dose doxarubicin is about 36 hours. So you still have some left in the plasma at that time. We didn't know exactly what the right time was to see that separation. Now, the animals would have told us that it was probably a little bit earlier, probably more like 12 to 24 hours that we would see that distinct separation. However, what we can't do is have a patient sit through, because it usually takes about four hours the first day when they're in the clinic. Then they get their drug, they get the PK samples, and they finally are able to go home about eight hours in. And so let's assume that they got there at 9:00. They're now able to go home around 5:00pm, asking them to come back at 3:00 in the morning for a biopsy it really wasn't in the card. So we asked them to come back the next day, and we take it at 24 hours. Now, we take a plasma sample at the exact same time. So as the biopsy is taken, the plasma sample is taken. And the comparison is the concentration of released active warhead in the biopsy with the concentration of released active warhead in the plasma. The animals would have predicted that we would have tenfold. So, if we had, say, 10 nanograms per ml, we would have had 100 in the tumour, and it was a thousand in the tumour.
I can tell you a funny story. When we first looked at these data with our investigators, and I'm actually going to tell you who it was because he's one of my favourites, his name is Lee Cranmer, and he is at Fred Hutch. He's in California. And he leaned into the Zoom and he looked at me and he said, “Chris, we have vesicant levels of doxarubicin”. Now, vesicant just means it's killing everything in his path. We have vesicant levels of doxarubicin in these tumour biopsies. It was that remarkable. Even to the clinicians who are tired of giving this drug. Now, it's not the perfect time. So if we can convince some patients to come in at 3:00 o’clock in the morning, that is probably the optimal time. But the animals didn't really predict that one for us…..”
Sorry ‘justice’ not ‘ justify’ (an edit function would be handy).
Nah, Eggy Thorn just needs to shut the f up and f off. Anyone who hasn't binned that ignorant twunt is also an idiot.
SandyR, you can't reason with the unreasonable, and it's only fools who tolerate the intolerant or try to educate the willfully ignorant. Just call them out for what they are, in the strongest language you chose to use. People like Eggy, Windbag and Touk are vermin and should be called out as such.
