I am satisfied that this was indeed an admin error, I don't believe that a company the size of Anglo doesn't know what is required in an LML application.
Previously, as a LTH I was very annoyed when cash was raised at 1.8p, this was made worse by the fact that retail investors couldn't take part in the placing.
Circumstances have now provided a chance for retail investors to buy below the placing price of 1.8p.
I accept we don't get a free warrant for every share bought but it gives a low access point and averages down for most investors.
If you accept the companies explanation for this development, then this is surely a buying opportunity.
The LML's are not needed in the short term but it will be good to get them, we will shortly be drilling in three prospective locations, Cheyeza, Muswema and Botswana and our market cap is only circa £22m.
AIMO
I wonder why it only went up by 10% today yet it fell by 25%? seems strange for a admin error?
Oh Peggy you ŕeally must try harder.
Ps exactly how many shares do you hold here you sad sad old bird.
The SP bid was 1.73p when news first started circulating. The bid close of play today was 1.52p a drop of approximately 12%.
On the one hand we have the negativity and uncertainty that comes with these mining application rejections and on the other we have the good news that all is apparently fine with the JV and that Anglo will be starting the drilling campaign soon. Short term the former might just about take precedence as the sp trades below what it did prior to Monday's news but once the dust settles in a few week's time I'm sure the latter will become the more important factor and sp will be back above 1.8p.
The mining application rejections are a reminder though of the numerous risks that come with investing in small cap companies, risks that are not even on most people's radar. It's a reminder that small cap companies are inherently riskier than larger caps, even if some think the particular small cap they've invested in is different, is unique.
GUZLER:- "The SP bid was 1.73p when news first started circulating. The bid close of play today was 1.52p a drop of approximately 12%."
Sorry to doubt your maths but Peggy (as usual) is correct, the shareprice started Monday at 1.75p mid and ended up at suspension at 1.32 which by my calculations was a fall of just under 25%
Today the Mid price went up from 1.32p to 1.525p, a rise of 15%
Whichever way you look at it though, forgetting the pedantics, over the last week the price has fallen 16%, over the last month 22%, since the start of the year exactly 50% and over the last year 55%, but you lot keep on cracking open the champagne

Where do you think we are on the discovery - mining journey ?
A journey together with AA in probably one of the richest Copper hotspots in the world...

Time to get in or out ?
Bought c4m shares yesterday average of 1.49 for the long term and i expect the SP to go down as well as up.

Well done and best of luck to you Shorn but why do you feel the need to tell some random warriors on social media that you have purchased 4 million shares?? Do you think anyone really cares, believes you or it makes you a topeth poster??
Ridiculous price Shorn, well done !
Why do you feel the need to comment on a share you don't own you silly pathetic little man, show a tiny bit of self respect like your mate notesco and move along ya plank.
Well in shorn.
With Arcm's lifecycle:
The Orphan dip phase is skipped. Arc is no orphan.
Cash inflow from AAL continues again mitigating the potential dip during evaluation period.

Hope you haven't lumped me in with the fan boys because I pointed out the correct SP action over the last couple of days?
I've held this stock a long time (too long obviously) but rarely post here.
This forum is nothing more than a battle ground between clueless, deluded rampers and a small few that revel in calling them out.
Each side bickering like kids over who's to blame for this car crash, it's really is painful.
Hopefully results will see a rerate, but in reality, who holds for results in an AIM stock?
A free ride is what I hoped for by now, but the incompetence and lies from NvS these last 6 months has well and truly scuppered that plan.
In the meantime, we sit and wait and you fools can continue to sling insults at each other to pass away the time.
And I hope Mr Guzzler that you are not including me in your "clueless deluded rampers" implied insult, as I assure you I am far from "clueless" ,definitely optimistic (with very good reasons) rather than "deluded" ,and as for a "ramper"- if being enthusiastic and lucky enough to have more contact than most is being a ramper in your book then so be it! "You can call me what you like as long as it's not late for dinner" But as is my want ,from time to time I will take trolls to task (whatever their motivation insanity or commercial) .But yes they are getting boring ! I have had a few questions answered recently and think that my enthusiasm (or delusion if you wish) is far from misplaced GLA
The only part that Guzzler has got wrong Fullers is you certainly aint clueless or deluded but without any doubt you are a paid cold and calculated Ramper of the first order.
Rarely I'd agree , I am paid ,but got paid with 2 cups of tea and a glass of water ! . What can I say I'm a cheap date ....! HMRC aware 🤣
