Further to the announcement of 9 March 2023, Ananda announces that the Company has raised an additional £101,200 (before expenses) through the issue of 33,733,330 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”; “New Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 0.3p per share.
The New Ordinary Shares comprise 20,233,330 New Ordinary Shares issued to additional subscribers procured by the Company and 13,500,000 New Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to valid applications received by Peterhouse Capital Limited in the Broker Option, which closed on 16 March 2023.
The Company has therefore raised a total of £427,400 (before expenses) in the last 7 days, comprising £386,900 raised by the Company in two tranches (£60,700 today and £326,200 raised and announced on 9 March 2023) and £40,500 via the Broker Option. This completes the current capital raising.
Application for Admission
Application will be made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the Access segment of the AQSE Growth Market. It is expected that admission will become effective on 23 March 2023.
The New Ordinary Shares will, on admission, rank pari passu in all respects with the Ordinary Shares in issue and will rank in full for all dividends and other distributions hereafter declared, paid or made on the ordinary share capital of the Company.
Total Voting Rights
Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 2,060,285,229 Ordinary Shares in issue, each share carrying the right to one vote.
This figure of 2,060,285,229 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Wouldn't you love to know.
They probably going banana's over in the Telegram group right now with this recent 'rise' Lol.
The above have received commercial licence approval in UK (probably the first) and the share price immediately jumped 20%.
Ananda need to get a move on - we cannot afford to be left behind and miss the first surge of medicinal cannabis.
Yes I have Shrewd_mole bought in just before the jump - very nice
Thanks djwall1s. As you say, LSE is a nightmare especially when it comes to posting links!
The word that looks like 'time'.
Bloody hell, LSE, you're hard work! :D
Remove/ignore the dots before and after that final forward slash. The automated system has dropped those in for some reason. The only actual dot should be in ****.
Sorry missed a bit, try again:
haitch t t p s colon forward slash forward slash t dot me forward slash.
Then the rest as per DJB67's visible link below.
I'll try post the link with gaps also:

See if this works. Follow it phonetically:

Then the rest as per DJB67's visible link below.
@Supplemental If you are after the ANA Telegram group, here is the link…Hopefully it will paste correctly and won’t be removed by mods.

Any idea how many shares will be in issue once the placing is done?
Also have you had a look at CEL today?
BTW, I did not know this myself either, someone passed that info on. But it makes sense.
You'd be taking part in an official raise, thus helping the company achieve its specific aim, rather than buying shares on the open market, which wouldn't contribute towards this particular fund raise.
****..sincere apologies.Had a quick read somewhere y'day afternoon.Completely incorrect re the CLNs , sorry,my bad.
@wadogara. What is your comment about £7.5m clns?
That isn’t correct.
A max of 1.1bn clns were awarded to Charles Morgan as part of the loan debt conversion at the end of last year, but the RNS today states ‘ Mr Morgan has today converted all of the 2022 CLNs at a price of 0.3p per share, resulting in the issue to him of 747,264,000 new Ordinary Shares in aggregate (the “CLN Shares”). ’
There is nothing in the RNS today about £7.5m of clns.
Thats not what it said...they converted £2m of CLNs into shares???
Can someone please explain for the layperson the difference between this fund raise subscription vs. simply buying more ordinary shares via their standard broker e.g. HL?
Cheers,
@gazzleberry. There is a £100k broker option which allows existing shareholders to participate. You just need to contact either Ananda directly or Peterhouse who are running the raise.
What do you mean?
Can someone please share this Telegram group?
And is Dudilishious the latest reincarnation of our hallowed proverbial dumper and pumper, UTRS? (If you know, you know).
That aside: it's self-evidently in the R&D stage; that's clear from every single communication the company has made. This is a long-term and relatively risky investment - but the rewards could be exponentially good.
Caveat Emptor.
I'm in that group and apart from 2 or 3 people taking you on nobody else said a word and just let you have your say. Most people on there don't comment anyway so you making out everyone is a 'mug' is classic narcissist behaviour when you can't get everyone hopping to your tune and when you've been booted out, which did happen.
I actually wouldn't have canned you if I'd have been moddig, at least at that point. You were contributing nowt except badmouthing the company all the time and complaining like a 4 year old, but I think it's good to let people blow off steam. And you're obviously still here so life can't be all that bad for you at ANA towers. Unless you're just here to salve a bruised 3go by ranting at the next lot of unfortunate ears.
I don't like what's going on either, and I've said so. I'm extremely uneasy about the sp drying up to near nothing. But we are not the only company and a lot of is down to big traders playing the system as they do daily. But to call the hard work and progress of the team 'a shed with some plants' is just proving the narcissist point over and over. T
ANA needs a PR drive, a investor timeline, and to get off AQA imo. But a commercial licence is within sight now if things go to plan. It's a gamble. You're on here investing because you, I, we took a gamble. It may or may not pay off. With patience and time it may well. Don't over face yourself and sit tight. This is at least another year in the making and my personal concerns about sp and market abuses are tempered by the fact the company has built great results. They were clear from the start that the growing and lab processes would be up to 2 years to get the strains they needed. We're still in that phase though much further and into second year now.
How early did you get in, above 1p or 1.5p? Lols
Motive? Pointing out that what others were telling the mugs was absolute cobblers, but yeah, it's my motive you're concerned about lols
