Fair play to Neil, more money into ALL...just need to hit the milestones and move forward in a big way over the next weeks/months...if your holding do nothing, watch and wait...GLA
If anyone can see the potential / upside and what’s around the corner, it’s the directors. Like I posted yesterday, this gives me great confidence. All in my opinion of course, each person will have their own view here and nothing is certain yet. But for me, this can only be a positive indicator. GLA. CJ.
£2.8mil worth of director buys in under 2 years. ;)
Re Captain Jack1...........Yes, I was curious about that as well as it sounded like he had a very limited and defined window in which to conduct his transaction, so one of outstanding items is clearly on the not too distant horizon.
Neil reiterates the significance of this quarter as being very news rich and the expectations (not in any particular order):
*All permitting to complete
*Ratification of the mining licence in parliment
*2nd stage of MiiF investment - US$28MIL
*Final offtake announcement and completion
*Completion of the Ghana listing
*Final set of drill results from the dog leg before the resource increase
Does anyone know how long we could have from NH buying shares and material news that will affect the SP? Can’t recall the length of this period that he alluded to in the interview. GLA. CJ.
Lithium prices continue uptrend, spot spodumene going to $1200 it appears.
In Neil Herbert's RCTV Interview at Pre PDAC 2024, he stated that he expected Environmental Permit Approval and Parliament ratification to be completed by Q3/24. The Ghanaian Parliament will have plenty of time to discuss. Atlantic should break ground Q4/24.
Latest interviews they said they expect all permitting to complete this quarter and break ground Q3.
Offtake news and the Ghana listing updates hopefully any day now.
Just found an article, you’re right… Tuesday 30th of April. Not sure if this could cause delays to breaking ground in September.
Don't think they sit again until the end of this month at the earliest
Directors can’t buy when they know price sensitive information, I’d suggest it just means there’s probably no news for a week or two still. Hopefully no delays to ratification, it was due to be handed over to parliament recently wasn’t it?
Or maybe Neil is thinking I can buy these for under 20p now and sell them for over a £ when we are in production .
I kid...I think ...
Maybe Assore telling Niel and the board, look we'll give you 60p for the company and also time to build a position before the improved offer. Hence the flurry of Director buying. ;)
I kid... I think....
Definitely shows confidence imo - hopefully ahead of some positive news. He knows how things are progressing and what is around the corner better than anyone. GLA. CJ.
I think NH buying shows confidence in the project and that he is making a good investment decision not that I am expecting bad news so I will chuck some of my money away because a director buy will not stop the sp falling on bad news !
Or is NH expecting some bad news so being proactive to counter it?
I have no idea; I’m just speculating and being contrarian.
Let’s see what the market thinks…
Maybe punters will be looking to spend their new ISA allowance on something with great potential.
Nice start to the quarter. I feel just the offtake announcement alone will propel a big recovery in the share price out of the large amount of potential items to be ticked off in the coming weeks and months: https://i.ibb.co/6D19fjY/Slide1.png
Spot for LC and SC6 up. Lithium futures up.
Neil chucks in another cool 24.7 grand. Now plenty of skin in the game from board.
They look to be positioning themselves for a hefty rise - perhaps either coming from material newsflow or a 3rd takeover bid. Or both....
Makes me think back to the recent Rock Stocks channel interview with Neil in which he said from current prices you could see a quick 100% uplift. Bid between 35-40p to come I wonder.
Neil still thinks we are here at bargain basement prices. He obviously is still allowed to buy shares (no blackout period).
I’ve often wondered why ALL seems to lag behind ALLIF and A11, sometimes +1p lower. Is there a reason for this (or not the case)? I topped up last week on the hope of some news next week. Hopefully many are waiting to buy on Monday in new ISAs. Fingers crossed positive news early next week followed by an overdue re-rate. GLA. CJ.
If that $500 is insider trading I'm sure the FCA equivalent will stomp down hard ;-) I'll take any kind of momentum here though!
On very low volume...maybe someone knows something and is very careful (Ha ha)

I think from Assore point of view their 33p bid was a bit opportunistic..they would have wanted it recommended by the BOD and not to go hostile as there is plenty of unrest from the opposition party before ratification..obviously with ratification and investment from MIIF the derisking will value the project a lot higher and Assore benefit from that in a big way so really a bit of a win win for them
