@SGF, keeping well I hope :)
from LSE
"the shares instrument type that's sent to us, which is currently showing it's an international equity and we only show domestic currently."
Not sure if they corrected it..
Not sure our opinions are that different as we both want ADV to rise from the ashes! Good luck!
Yes my portfolio is balanced and I have other investments which are doing okay.
I view the incentivisation as a way to pay him at a decent salary but preserving the current limited cash within the company. That to me seems eminently sensible, so I wouldn’t take it as a incentivisation to do the job, I would say it’s a way of company of paying him a CEO salary when the company actually has very little funds.
Also as the warrants are at 0.3p, he will need to get the share price to at least double its current level to be worthwhile triggering the wallants. To get the share price to double from its current level they would have had to close at least one deal, which would then be the start of the company implementing its long-term strategy.
I realise this is all just different opinions.
Sorry for your loss and I hope you have a balanced PF! I'm also an investor who paid less than the current SP and I was hoping for a quick exit! Timing is everything. At the same time, "incentivising" someone to do their job sickens me.
Agreed.
I've lost almost six figures in nearly 30 years of investing.
I think they were very unlucky with buffalo.
If only 40000 at $100 plus.
They are now doing their best with the cash and resources they have.
Still rather dubious about the information they received about the huge buffalo resources in place which were apparently not.
We may hear something further regarding this.
I never get it.
I'm heavily down here, but I want sentiment to improve and more people to come back into this.
We got an RNS which indicates that they are still working on things, and have incentivised the CEO as they can't afford to pay a large wage (that's my assumption). However, some people just want to ***** and moan.
Now, I ignore Muscles12 - he's either a complete ret&rd or has an agenda, but other than that, it seems very strange. The only way I will recover some of my losses is if the board can get something over the line and gradually get some better sentiment.
Also, in case some people struggle with basic maths, the RISC COS was 95%. Yep, it was not 100%. So, we got the 5% - cr&p happens so don't go ****ging people/the company off because you took the chance. Deal with it and grow up.
BTW, I lost a 6 figure sum here as I have many millions of shares.
YOU WANT TO DO THE FULL TRIO LOL
BPC / HE1 / ADV
Should have been a 95% reduction in salaries.
Only 60% achieved.
how were they rewarded for the price going from 5p to 0.25p ?
Rumour has it muscles12 is building a large stake..he only turns up when its on the rise...
go figure?
"This award has been made to incentivise the successful delivery of the Company's strategy while managing costs as part of the focus on capital discipline." Yawn! I wish someone would incentivise me to do what I'm paid to do already!
which if he said that in the interviews would be great. He didn't .
Alot of people lost alot of money because of them
Looking at the report it was based somewhat on out of date information.
I'm sure they have a disclaimer in place regarding any liability in case of failure of drill using their information.
Anything possible.
Well, I lost 6 figures here and still own stock after selling the majority of what I own. I am therefore entitled to comment on this circus.
They should be suing risc for the inept report they provided and someone should be pursuing Peterkin for pulling out phrases such as "champagne on ice"
Any credibility this company had has been shot to pieces. I expect they are trying to buy into some deals and frankly, other oil companies will be laughing at them.
What a set of clowns
I do agree, however you don’t have to invest your money. A lot of people have lost a lot of money here however get some back and buy now before the next boom
ah yes, let's reward the board with more options after everyone lost a fortune.
As ever, the board never lose but the PI gets drilled into the ground.
Pathetic
Hope you’re right Steve.
The last interview with the new CEO indicated at least one deal before the end of the year. I don’t think this will happen in a few weeks but I’ll be happy to be wrong.
Sp of .75 to 1.25p would be brilliant for many shareholders.
Would like to think at least a couple of projects.
Was under the impression would be a few months at least.
Now options granted imo months will now be weeks.
Companies always issue options at a considerable discount to what the expected sp will be so hopefully we should be looking north of .5p on the first deal.
Looking forward to better times ahead.
Agreed, reckon some news coming up or else there will be pointless issuing options. Expecting 300 to 500% upside on news landing
Life in the old dog?
Must have a few projects planned although not as ambitious as buffalo but nevertheless they must have had further plans going forward from buffalo..
Definitely one to hold imo
Fully agree SGF, I take this as a clear incentive and positive signal. I have kept all my large position and will continue to wait patiently as I remain of the idea that they will deliver, time will tell.
Must mean that some sort of deal is not too far away.
Although I thought any options may have been at nearer .5p or higher.
If a good deal is done then at .3p he will make some real money and shareholders claw back some of their losses.
Hopefully some positive movement in the sp today.
