? maybe the deals were part of desperate last-ditch attempt to avoid accounts coming out saying no longer a going concern, i.e. can’t pay its liabilities as these fall due?
(although the deals smack of a very familiar randy connolly m.o., imv, i.e. stuff an AIM company [[like NCT/MYM] full of very poor quality (but over-valued ‘on paper’ in the notional prices used for the deal pricing) US o&g ‘assets’ in advance of a pump & dump to cash out some equity for those inside.)
not usually a good sign when a small AIM company fails to produce its acccounts on time with no advance notice.
this is aim and history repeats itself. one day up, the next day down or suspended.
don’t expect much happening now until end of august and then the kindersurprise will open higher much lower. i expect the latter.
well done bod.
enjoy your summer vacation whilst your accounts work their ****s off and your shareholder are being kept in a cold, wet and dark stone cellar 👏
Is anywhere safe on AIM these days? Answer = NO
Wtf! An intra day suspension. As if they didn't know this yesterday when they released the funding news. Lying gits.
THE BOOK HAS OPENED UP NOWGOING ALOT HIGHER
Randy connolly and stefan oliver have a truly hideous history of shareholder value destruction between them. check out what happened to shareholder funds in NCT / Mayan under randy, and with ASTAR/MXO/ADME under stefan. caveat emptor. gl all honest pis.
Big day coming tomorrow
Yep. What goes up on AIM today, is going to drop tomorrow. Big gain today, big drop tomorrow. A big day, as you said 😂

SP up 👆 over 20% on the news. Seems like a positive reaction.
Refinancing includes warrants exercisable at 1p which is over 200% premium to current SP . This indicates confidence in the future of the company.
NG
… FYR were out last year on 23rd june.
We are producing oil - not a lot but at least we can say we are income generative
We are still a £2m Cap Company
More upside than downside finally
Only need it to 10 bag to break even
back to sleep here now
….meanwhile, roughly one month to go before the final results RNS, to see how those company finances have been doing …
ADME announces that it continues to be in business to scrape the bottom of barrels, literally…
It’s not often that we get a positive update with my holding of several years. I look forward to many more.
For a Company with limited trading, why does it take 6 months to announce its annual results?
How much is Stefan being paid these days? In his last tenure he was milking >£250k per annum
Just go and download petronor annual report it tells you all about aje.
FIELD DEVELOPMENT
The redevelopment of the Aje field involves
field development activities. These include the
re-entry and completion of existing wells, the
drilling of new wells, and the installation of Subsea
Production Systems (SPS) & Subsea Umbilical,
Riser and Flowline (SURF) packages. From a
refurbished FPSO, the field will be connected to
shore by a 30-km gas pipeline, ensuring efficient
transportation and processing of natural to the
onshore LPG plant located close to the West
African Gas Pipeline (WAGP).
Albeit delayed, significant progress has been made
on negotiations of gas offtake contracts and the
company is moving forward both in our discussions
with licence partners and relevant financing
institutions.
The strategy entails advancing with
a Final Investment Decision (FID) to replace the FPSO
unit, drill more oil and gas wells, and lay a 30 km
pipeline to an LPG plant near the West African Gas
Pipeline's (WAGP) export station. Condensate and
oil will be produced and offloaded offshore while
offtake agreements will include gas sales and swap
arrangement for gas and LPG products.
