Thyssenkrupp Electrolysers will be working along side STEAG Energies to use heat and water steam to help reduce the large CO2 footprint of some German steel production.
NEL already are using this type of energy generation and reduction of CO2 from steel with Norways largest steel producer, so it is a process we will hear much more about with the big industrial creators of CO2 who need to reduce this output.

"150 electrolysis UK and Germany, E.on said on Tuesday. The German energy group explained that the partnership will bet on the Power-to-X technology that uses surplus power for electrolysis to produce green hydrogen. The duo’s idea is, through the VPP, to control the process automatically and shut down hydrogen production during periods of high power demand. The process will be managed by E.on’s VPP software.
This approach, according to the companies, will make hydrogen electrolysis plants “electricity market ready,” while the VPP network will contribute to compensating power fluctuations during renewables generation.
The method has been successfully tested in a pilot project, called Carbon2Chem, which used a 2-MW power plant in Duisburg, Germany."

10GW HYDROGEN already.
"Thyssenkrupp has developed high-efficiency alkaline water electrolysis technology. With more than 600 projects and electrochemical plants worldwide with a total rating of over 10 gigawatts realized, thyssenkrupp has extensive in-depth knowledge in the engineering, procurement, and construction of these plants."
THYSSENKRUPP HYDROGEN " facility will integrate different hydrogen technologies, including a multimegawatt electrolyzer plant and an ammonia production facility with a capacity of 50 tons per day. Both plants will be based on thyssenkrupp technology. A 10MW hydrogen-fired gas turbine and 5MW hydrogen fuel cell will supply power to the grid."

Once the removal of staff, selling off of the steel units which have had offers, the hydrogen unit will be flying.
I think all the dirt is now out there to see. You know where the rotten parts are.
However, being a company ALREADY with 1000MW of hydrogen capacity and an order book of hydrogen requirements world wide, I think this could well be a good time to start a slow buy in.

"..vast size, Neom has a stated aim of being “built and powered completely by renewable energy” as it strives to lead the world in commercialising clean energy intensive industries including green hydrogen, produced from renewable electricity.
The first stage in this process came in early July this year when Neom signed a $5bn deal with Air Products, a US industrial gas and chemical company, and Acwa Power, a Saudi Arabian power and desalination utility, to build the world’s largest hydrogen project. The production facility will be powered through the integration of more than 4GW of renewable power from solar and wind.
It will use technology from German industrial engineering giant Thyssenkrupp to produce c.650t/d of hydrogen through electrolysis, with nitrogen produced by Air Products’ air separation technology. Meanwhile, catalysis technology from Danish specialist Haldor Topsoe will be used to produce 1.2mn t/yr of green ammonia when the facility comes onstream in 2025."
