There will not be a FCA investigation, TW writes to them on a regular basis to justify his ego.
Hi Lefk
How are you keeping?
I lost my shirt on Fitbug but managed to get lucky here so swings and roundabouts. I'm out now but might dip back in after the dilution and FCA investigation. Until then its just too risky for me.
Synge is still around torturing the idiots.

Academy, what you are describing is a framework agreement...
The excerpt that you posted says they agreed terms up to a specific value. These terms will almost certainly include the % of the spend that Bidstack will receive if they don’t then both parties need to sack their commercial teams...
“ the advertising group has agreed terms for gross media expenditure up to £10,000,000 per annum for the next two years."
Nothing about a framework agreement or revenue splits. This is spend by that group on media expenditure.
13 p close anyone?
Guys I’m into this stock pretty big but I am also a big believer in representing the truth...
The truth is that the deal is likely a sort of framework agreement which will state revenue splits up to an agreed figure. The revenue won’t be capped that is just nonsensical and limits all parties on their earning potential . When approaching the £10m revenue a renegotiation will take place to negotiate what % of the revenue Bidstack will command.
There is no minimum but also no maximum just agreement on spend distribution up to a specific level.
The real question to those with doubts is why would either party agree spend distribution splits up to £10m if they didn’t expect it to reach this level?
I am genuinely interested in alternative balancing opinions.
Thanks for reading.
14 Days - to rise from current levels to over 20p earlier in the year
This rise is just the start of a full re rate imo
Share price up 20%after your poor attempt at a de ramp.....
Flying now - I can see funds buying into this
Can see the 300% rise back to 30p plus being repeated here now imo
"Under the terms of the agreement, the advertising group has agreed terms for gross media expenditure up to £10,000,000 per annum for the next two years."
When questioned the company’s PR Buchannan allegedly told TW (who has been spot on with this so far) that the release is not clear.
The SP has still not recovered from the first RNS. Obviously suspicious of what the second RNS really means in terms of revenue to BIDS.
That’s laughable.
If They intended to only pay up to £1.00 they’d say, up to £1.00.
75p would still leave some budget.
They’ve said up to £10M as they intend to put a cap at that point. Not more than £10M per annum, is that any better.
It’s a multi million pound deal. There’s no argument, it’s clear.
But anyway, the point besides this is that big money is heading our way.
I see BIdstack as the Spotify of immersive gaming (etc) advertising.
The Company every advertiser goes to to get into this space.
Bidstack .
Not dreaming just stating facts not fiction, I suggest you're miffed that you missed your buy in target... see ya
Gizzard.....another one here dreaming of a jump in share price on the back of absolutely nothing. Dream on and enjoy Christmas. See you next week.
I think the RNS is very clear. £20 million in revenues with more to come
Guess, guess, guess my guess is you don't know what you're talking about...
Read the RNS again
How can the market digest the magnitude when they have absolutely no idea how much that deal is worth to bidstack.....and not much would be my guess.
This went from current sp levels to 21p in 14 days in April - by June it was over 30p
So when the market fully digests the magnitude of this deal and new ones start to land......
I’m confident quite a number of people have kids.
Consider the advertising market within YouTube etc......BIDS tech potential is massive
If anyone has kids they will know just what a HUGE market this is.
I wonder if it's WPP Group, now that would be big news.
"Brands and advertisers can see how gaming has emerged as an exciting channel in recent years and there is no better endorsement of that view than a multi-million pound trade deal from one of the world's biggest agency groups."
